Christopher Gomez: My beautiful people of God, welcome back to the podcast. So up until this point, you are familiar with the virtuous heroes podcast and likely the leading virtuous leading virtuously podcast which was the podcast that I created for my consultancy Spirit Consulting. But over the last month and a half, Dan and his back-end team helped me to actually revise this podcast into the As It Is In Heaven podcast. So, we're so excited for that. And so, Dan is, if you haven't met him yet, he is the deputy executive director and leading the backend team, the operations team for As It is in Heaven.

Christopher Gomez: He's also incredibly prophetic and has probably done the majority of our deliverance sessions as I've kind of transitioned into the strategy and culture building work as the leader of as it is in Heaven. So, super grateful to Dan as well for him taking that on his back so I can continue to keep increasing in the responsibilities that I have for the ministry in that way too. So, praise God for Dan. Dan, yeah, just a great pleasure to be on the podcast today and have you interview me so I could share a little bit of my story as well.

Christopher Gomez: So, welcome to the podcast, brother.

Dan Saha: Thank you. Thank you, Chris. So let's get started. For those who do not

Christopher Gomez: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. But before we get started, bro, I usually start by giving a prophetic word for the person, and I certainly have to do that. But that's why I was sharing that I wanted to before we recorded, I wanted to share something with you. Give me one second while I pull that up. And here it comes. Oh yeah. Let's go. Oh. Oh. Oh, it's coming. I like to move it. I like to I like to like jump. All right, bro. So, you're like, "What are you doing, Gomez?" I was praying for you and I felt like the Lord showed me King Julien and I felt like the Lord was saying that similar to him, you're royal and you're confident and you're constantly dancing and I felt like when worship comes on like I felt like you transform into King Julien from the movie and God loves that about you that like when worship's on you're just moving like you don't like some people are like forcing and faking it to be like joyful before the Lord, but I feel like the Lord was saying that's just natural for you.

Christopher Gomez: So, praise God for that. And I also felt like he was saying that you're going to be a major influencer for the country of India, like moving them from Hinduism to Christianity and that your testimony is going to be incredibly powerful and it's going to awaken many Indians who have fallen into idol worship attributed to Hinduism. So, I just bless you with that. And then as I was just like kind of walking to use the restroom before the podcast, that song just like really like I felt like the Holy Spirit just started playing that song.

Christopher Gomez: And I felt like what God was saying is that he loves how you can get things done. Like you can move it in business. You can move things from point A to point B to get things done in business. But now I just decree and declare that the Lord is really going to show you his power of how things get done as it relates to ministry. And he's going to increase your gifting anointing in this next season, especially as we both go from a season of tears into just pure joy.

Christopher Gomez: So I just bless you, brother, that when you start to see things getting done in ministry, like for instance, this guy who just randomly reached out to be on our podcast. We have we haven't even like published a podcast episode yet for as this incredibly supernatural guy just was like, "Hey, I'd like to be on your like his influencer asked for him to be on the podcast." Like that's what I'm saying. And like God is just going to start opening doors and connecting people in just like such a fast and accelerated way that and every time it does, I feel like the Lord's going to start tickling you and making you remember that I like to move it.

Christopher Gomez: Move it. We like to move it. Move it. So yeah. So I just bless you, brother, with that.

Dan Saha: Thank you. I receive and that is indeed a timely word. But let's get into the meat and potatoes of what we're going to do today. For those who do not know you, who is Christopher Gomez?

Christopher Gomez: Oh, thank you for the question. So, I am a lover of the Lord Jesus Christ. I am a husband to my darling wife Hannah. I have four soon to be five beautiful children. Christopher 14, Carter 12, [unclear] 3, [unclear] 2. And we're still, you know, seeking the Lord over the destiny for our fifth and what we're going to declare over him via his name. So, we haven't officially made that known yet. But beyond the, you know, the love of Jesus and the love of my wife and the overflow that creates children, I run an executive search firm called Spirit Consulting.

Christopher Gomez: I'm also the founder and leader of a supernatural ministry called As It Is In Heaven, and we bring heaven to earth through worship, healing, and deliverance, winning souls and hearts and minds for the King of Kings, Jesus, and then helping his children walk in the power and authority that comes with being a disciple of our blessed Lord Christ Jesus.

Dan Saha: Thank you for sharing that. I'm sure you have experienced a lot of incredible things while you are running As It Is In Heaven. So, can you share the most bizarre Holy Spirit experience you might have witnessed in the last few years?

Christopher Gomez: Yeah, it's going to take me a minute to unpack this and you already know about the kind of like what I shared of when I went to Brazil and Randy Clark gave an impartation prayer to me and I felt like in that moment I either actually died or I went into a heavenly visitation with Jesus that opened up the deliverance ministry As It Is In Heaven. But I just want to kind of dive in a little bit a little bit into that story and that time and season. So when you go out on these international ministry trips, you go with a crew of volunteers to support Randy Clark because he's got this very large ministry and you know a healing ministry.

Christopher Gomez: And so he's preaching on healing and then he calls up his volunteers to share what they prayed about and felt like the Lord was going to heal. So when I'm standing in line, I hear the Lord tell me that the word that I got earlier that day of that he wanted to heal people with heart disease that the word was actually for Randy Clark. And I was like, "Okay, well that's intense." And I know because I've been around the block in ministry that it's not the time to go minister to Randy.

Christopher Gomez: But in essence, like I was like, "Okay, Lord, I just give that back to you. And if it's truly you, like I know you're going to make it possible." which is a good spiritual lesson and something that we use in deliverance ministry all the time. When you're discerning the name of a demon, you may say, "Okay, Lord, I feel like it's XYZ, but I'm going to hand it back to you, God, and if it's truly this, then make it grow even stronger that's the name." So, so that's a mini teaching there.

Christopher Gomez: So, anyway, so that's what I do and I forget about it. Minister that night, everything is all good. The next day, I'm I'm working out because we have a break and we're supposed to be joining as a ministry team. And so I go upstairs, I run, do some weights, etc. And while I'm running, I feel like I'm having a heart attack. And I'm like, and I'm all the way separated from everyone. So this the workout facility is on like the 15th floor of this building on like the highest floor. So I'm all by myself.

Christopher Gomez: I'm having these heart palpitations. I'm like, what what's happening? And so I get off the treadmill and I'm like, Lord, what's happening to me? And he's and he says to me, what about the word that I gave you for Randy over heart disease? And I'm like, "Oh, okay." So, so I'm like just kind of processing and then I get into the sauna. It's a wet sauna. So, when I get out of there, I'm like dripping wet. But I told the Lord while I was praying through all this, like, Lord, if it's truly you, then like just make it clear to the point that I wouldn't be able to like realize that it wasn't you.

Christopher Gomez: So, so, so I'm like, "Okay, pray that prayer." And now I need to get on the move because I'm late to lunch. And so I get go downstairs on the elevator and I'm getting off on the second floor. As I'm getting I'm all by myself. As I get off this elevator, guess who when I get to the second floor, guess who's coming onto the elevator? No one other but Randy Clark.

Christopher Gomez: Wow. So I get off the elevator and then I realize the Lord just created this divine appointment for me to prophetically minister to Randy. So I get back on the elevator and I tell him everything that I just told you and he's like, "No worry, Chris. Just come down to the lobby and you can pray for me. So I was like, "All right." So like our whole team is kind of like in this like private room, this dining room, and we're just like in the lobby. He sits down in a chair, and I just kind of like take the humble position of like getting on a knee, and I'm just like I put my hand on his hands, and then he's like, "Well, the words for my heart, so put your hand on my heart." So he like grabs my hand and puts it on his heart.

Christopher Gomez: And now I'm just like, "Dude, I'm like this is like I'm full of sweat, okay? I look like I just jumped out of a pool from running and then being in a sauna. Like I'm already feeling awkward, but whatever. I'm just like, "Oh, Holy Spirit, I'm going to be obedient to you." Okay. So, so I lay my hands on his heart and then as I lay my hands on heart, I'm just like praying in tongues for a second. And I remember that the Holy Spirit really brought this to my attention that the night before that Randy had prophesied that worship leaders were going to have healing ministry flow out of their worship.

Christopher Gomez: So then I felt like the Lord said, "Start to sing." So I just started to sing, "Jesus, we love you. Oh, how we love you." As I have my hand on Randy Clark's heart in this lobby. Okay. And then and as I'm doing that, the Lord tells me to ask Randy, "Randy, if a man doesn't have an arm, can he get into heaven?" And Randy doesn't answer the question because he realizes it's that it's rhetorical. And I felt like so then I shared Randy I feel like the Lord is saying that he is so smitten by you of everything that you've done to glorify his healing throughout the world.

Christopher Gomez: But he wants you to remember that's that healing is the doorway to salvation. And so then I was like in the name of Jesus Christ I command this heart to be healed fully in Jesus mighty holy name. So I was like Randy I know you're supposed to be meeting with pastors. I'm supposed to be meeting with my team and I'll let you go. Okay. So, so he goes off and bro, like I don't know if you've done prophetic ministry over a heavy hitter like Randy Clark or someone like that, you know, like it was just like such a heightened supernatural and just like my heart was so full of love.

Christopher Gomez: Then when I got to the table, we just start worshiping. I don't know how I don't know if I started it or another team member started it, but we're just worshiping the Lord. And when we get done worshiping, all of a sudden, my friend June starts telling these supernatural stories to the translator that's having lunch with us. When June is telling these stories, the Lord tells me, Christopher, the turkey is done. It's ready to be taken out of the oven. And I turn to June and I say that to her and she just, she knows I'm very prophetic, so she's just like quiet.

Christopher Gomez: Instantly quiet. And I turn to the translator. I'm like, would you be open to rededicating your life to Christ? And she's like, "Yeah, sure. I'm I'm down with that." So we all grab hands around the cir the lunch table the circle that we're in and we're just like Lord Jesus I preach the gospel ask her to receive Christ as her as her husband as her Lord and Savior. [unclear] Turn away from sin, receive Jesus. She starts ugly crying like just like full-on like bawling at the table and now we're all just like we were worshiping before like oh praise your name Jesus we love you Lord this is amazing.

Christopher Gomez: Thank you for [unclear]. And while we're all worshiping, the Lord goes, "Okay, now prophetically deliver." I'm like, "Jesus, I don't have a team. I don't have my training materials from the ministry where I learned prophetic deliverance ministry. Like, these people aren't formed to do that." He's like, "Bro, it's me who delivers people anyway. So, what are you even worried about? Like, just just just move." So, I'm like, "All right." So, I asked the translator, "Hey, would you I felt like the Lord said that he would like to do deliverance for you.

Christopher Gomez: Would you be open to us doing a prophetic deliverance session? She's like, "Sure." So, we get done with the session and when we get done, one of the team members who who didn't serve on the team but watched what we did was like, "Hey, whatever you did for that woman, I want done for me." So, we do a second prophetic deliverance session. When we're done, like I'm just like because my heart because having a demon almost take my life at 22 and now I'm 40 years old. So, this is 18 years after the fact of attempting suicide for demonic oppression.

Christopher Gomez: Like, my heart is so full that the Lord has finally opened up the ministry that I felt like is the reason why Chris Gomez is alive. All right. That I'm just like so worshiping and full of joy and just like just thank you, Jesus. Like just so in love with him in this moment, feeling the love of God in my heart. And Mark Kollar, who's going to be the next guest on the podcast, asked the woman, "Hey, what does it feel like to have received prophetic deliverance?" And she goes, "How do you describe the feeling of having something removed from your life that you wanted gone for 52 years?" And as soon as she says this, bro, I'm just like a tree.

Christopher Gomez: Like completely gets laid in the spirit and I'm out. And I'm just like there just like as the Lord is ministering to me. And so like D Mark and Kim continue to converse. And while they're conversing, the Lord says, "I want you to get up and tell them that you received an email this morning that your 501c3 As It Is In Heaven is now official because an attorney sent me the email saying that we're established." And so I do. When I do, Kim looks at me weird and is like, "Chris, go look at my coat." I'm like, "Why?" She's like, "Just go look at my coat." And I go and I look at her coat.

Christopher Gomez: It's strung up on the chair. I can't see the back of it. And when I look at it, it says in St. Louis As It Is In Heaven. As soon as I see it, dude, again, right back down. And the Lord, I'm just like, the Lord is just ministering to my heart. And ever since that moment, man, it was just like more and more deliverance started to happen. And people, we're only three, four Catholics on this trip, three that I knew, a fourth random comparative to 118. And these non-denominational Christian, our brothers and sisters in Christ are coming to the three Catholics for prophetic deliverance ministry.

Christopher Gomez: And it was just like the Lord has just continued to grow and bless our ministry since that day. So yeah, certainly is kind of like the stomping grounds and how this ministry actually got up and rolling. The first deliverance session that we did,

Dan Saha: that is an incredible story which basically shows that the Holy Spirit was working and he's the one who has orchestrated everything for his glory. So As It Is In Heaven exists for the Holy Spirit. So I'm going to ask you another question and I'm sure you have a lot of these. Has the Holy Spirit ever asked you to do something that was very unreasonable, but you have done it anyway?

Christopher Gomez: Well, I think going and ministering to Randy Clark when you're full of sweat and looking like you just jumped out of a pool. And also I was wearing a it's Jesus time green neon green tank top. So, bro, it's like that was a you know, pretty pretty wild experience. And by the way, to finish that story, I randomly ran into Randy again at the elevator like 5 days later. And what I didn't share in that story was Randy did an altar call that night at the church. And there's the first night that we were at this new church.

Christopher Gomez: And some of the team members of Randy's team members that are actually on staff told Mark that Randy never does altar calls on the first day. Well, because of that prophetic word that I gave him, he did an altar call. When he does the altar call, there's probably like 20 people that come up and I'm watching it, okay? Because I literally prophesied that this was going to happen. And at the end of the line, there's a guy who looks like he's a movie star. He's probably like 6'6, a, you know, beautiful man who gets knocked out by the Holy Spirit when Randy calls him up to receive Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Christopher Gomez: And he's like vibrating on the floor from the Holy Spirit touching him so hard. Well, th this was before they were going to do healing ministry. So then after people get slayed by the spirit and they're like vibrating now people have to come drag them away because there all these people are about to come to the front of the church. Okay. So there was like three or four people that had to carry this man because he's so big and he's knocked out cold. Like dude, I don't know. But that might be the next Randy Clark of Brazil that basically happened because of this prophetic word.

Christopher Gomez: So crazy, just crazy, amazing story of what the Lord did in that moment. And I told this to Randy and his eyes were just like lit up just like Christopher, thank you for and I told him like Randy like like I was just so touched that like I'm just Joe Schmo. I'm Joe Schmo nobody and I'm just here to volunteer to serve on your team. But it just showed me the type of man of God that you are for you to receive in that way and take action on a prophetic word.

Christopher Gomez: So that was one, Dan. And before I go on, does any questions on that or just wanted to pause there?

Dan Saha: No, I think that's a brilliant testimony. And humility is a mark of a leader and we can see how God has used you in his life. Like I'm sure Randy has been used in many people's lives and others are going to be like, "Hey Randy, that is so awesome. Thank you for what you did, but I'm sure Randy also needed someone who would prophesy over him and pray for him." And it is wonderful to see how God used you in that role where you might not have the confidence but the Holy Spirit gave you the holy boldness to go up to a leader and achieve an amazing result in his life which I'm sure led to the finding and of course upliftment of many more generals.

Dan Saha: So kudos to you sir.

Christopher Gomez: Well thank you brother. Thank you. And yeah, apparently the night that Randy prayed an impartation prayer over me, I was like the sixth person in his 20some odd years of ministry that he's ever seen do a barrel roll across the floor. And I didn't learn this till a later testimony. So I get knocked out in the spirit for like four or five hours after Randy prayed that the Holy Spirit would touch me. And in the midst of that, the Holy Spirit started rolling me across the floor back and forth, back and forth in like a room where there's tons of people scattered all over the place.

Christopher Gomez: And yet, I never knocked anyone over and I'm just like I'm just have so much joy of the Lord that I'm just rolling like a barrel, laughing my head off back and forth. And Mark said it was the craziest thing that he's ever seen to watch me do that. And like the Holy Spirit just had a joystick where he's just moving me around the room, rolling me around and me not hitting anyone. Well, later when I heard Randy preach, he actually shared that Todd White was the fifth. So, I'm like, if if you know, like I must be in good company.

Christopher Gomez: If there's only been six people, five people up until this point, I'm the six that have ever barrel rolled like that because of the power of God hitting them so hard. So, yeah. So, I just prophesy now. I just decree and declare that Randy's actually going to come on to this podcast. And when he does, we're going to just be able to laugh over these types of stories and just the beauty of what God is working and interweaving so many different supernatural ministries and anointing us to go after the strong man demon and demonic spirits to set people free so that they can, you know, just love God even even greater way.

Christopher Gomez: Not feel like that it's it's something that they have to do or performance relation of a spirit of false religion, but to be set free to just freely love God and to love their fellow man. And brother, I just also thank you too because without you continuing to push me and push your team to keep working on the back end of this ministry, it's not possible for us to be able to grow and start to scale in the way that we have. So, thank you, brother, from the bottom of my heart, too.

Dan Saha: Thank you, sir. For those who do not know who Todd White is, can you share a little bit more?

Christopher Gomez: Yeah, so Todd is a man of God who is a disciple of Jesus. He's based in Texas and he runs a ministry called Lifestyle Christianity. People used to know him because he looks like kind of like a lion of a man cuz he has dreadlocks. But recently he shaved off his dreadlocks and yeah that was interesting. But anyway so yeah so he's just he's got a school of supernatural ministry called Lifestyle Christianity and his core ministry is called Lifestyle Christianity. He's got a church in Texas and you know like a lot of the movies with Bill Johnson called like Finger of God I think he's featured in some of those movies etc.

Christopher Gomez: So he's been around the block by way of yeah just in power evangelization of the Holy Spirit.

Dan Saha: Thank you for sharing that. And when we talk about Bill Johnson, Todd Whites, sometimes we take a look at their lives and there are always stories of how following the Holy Spirit has cost them something personally that is deep. Have you gone through any of those experiences yourself? And if so, how would you encourage someone else who might be thinking, I probably cannot do it without the Holy Spirit. This is this will cost me too much.

Christopher Gomez: I mean, not to just keep on going down the Randy Clark love fest, but I did listen to a preach of his recently where he said he was he was inspiring and drawing energy and faith for people to receive an impartation prayer from him. And one thing he said is that before you come down here, make sure you count the cost beforehand because if the Holy Spirit touches you in the way that he's touched you, you may have to be traveling. You may be having to, you know, not be spending as much time with your family to go out and do whatever Holy Spirit inspired ministry that you're going to be sent in to do it.

Christopher Gomez: And you know what, and I think I would say the same thing is just make sure you really think like are you truly truly free to love God and to serve him in however he may call you. And so I would share with you so you know that trip to Brazil was in September of 2023. When we got back from the trip, we me, Mark, and Casey continue to just meet the second Monday of the month. And it started in person at first and then we realized when a nun who was in Texas actually said, "Hey, would you do my deliverance session?

Christopher Gomez: I'm in Texas." We said, "Sure. I mean, if a nun wants us to do a prophetic deliverance session, of course we're going to do it for her." And so we did that and that kind of realized like, hey, it was a successful deliverance session and we're like, hey, maybe the Holy Spirit wants us to do this over Zoom. And so that's why we then went to an online ministry and now we've done prophetic deliverance and deliverance and healing in basically every continent in the world. Over 200 sessions of deliverance sessions that we've done.

Christopher Gomez: So praise God. Hallelujah. Just in As It Is In Heaven since 2023, but obviously is a lot more when you now consider the fact that we've got multiple deliverance ministers going. Plus, we've got those those people that are doing multiple forms of deliverance ministry, too. The 200 is the prophetic deliverance sessions that we've done since we founded in 2023. But when you think about our core members and you look at our impact report on the front of our website, that's, you know, including your ministry, Dan, my ministry, Mark, and my wife Hannah's ministries all combined.

Christopher Gomez: So, in now, this is like February, March of 2024, after somewhat of what is that three somewhere around like four to five months in ministry. Hannah's dad gets attacked viciously in North Carolina and dies. Her brother one of our family members goes to jail for a 20-year sentence. Our daughter has some birthing complications and because of it, Hannah's got to be readmitted to the hospital. And this was all and in addition to it going through a dry financial season. And it was like, yeah, I'm not going to lie, the backlash was so intense in this season that my wife was like, we need to stop and pause as a ministry and really pray to see if if the Lord wants us to move forward because if we keep going this way, like I just if we ever had one of our kids get, you know, just I'm not even going to go down that road.

Christopher Gomez: But I'm just saying that it was getting severe. So we paused as a ministry and prayed and some of the outcomes of that was to develop our intercessory network that we have today which is over 170 people in our in our intercessors. And I personally started praying Father Ripperger’s daily I joined the [unclear] which is daily prayers where exorcists all throughout the world pray them together and those that are involved in deliverance ministry that want to pray for exorcists so pray these prayers. So just you know strengthening the cord of intercessory prayer and praise be to Jesus that when we did those two things that our backlash that we're experiencing became non-existent.

Christopher Gomez: So thank you Jesus for that. But, you know, it just certainly like if you if you want to have power, you know, Jesus said in Luke 10:18 through22, "I've given you my power and authority to tread on serpents and demons, and when you walk in my power and authority, nothing shall harm you." Well, here's the thing. Last time I checked, Satan is the god of this world, of the of the first heaven. Angels and demons phase out of the second heaven. God is resting in the third heaven. When we think about heaven, that would be the third heaven per St.

Christopher Gomez: Paul and his teachings in the New Testament. So, so in essence, if Satan, you know, is an angel who is created by God and has fallen and is basically, you know, here walking the earth and he's roars about the world seeking the ruin of souls and he is a fallen angel. So, has, you know, angelic power, divine power as as an angel. And Jesus said, "The prince of this world or in the Greek, God." So therefore, if you want to walk in power and authority over this, last time I checked, like the red fiery dragon doesn't want to give that up very easy.

Christopher Gomez: And there is somewhat of a journey what I've experienced and what I see I'm seeing in the lives of other people when we, you know, set them free from their strong man demon or the stolen version of their guardian angel. When we do that ministry and then they're basically starting to get equipped to walk in the power and authority of Jesus Christ, it seems like all of a sudden there is a great battle that happens in their lives. There's some sort of major suffering. And it's kind of like Satan's like, "Okay, you really want this, huh?

Christopher Gomez: And if you do, then basically show me that you, you know, like are you actually gonna are you going to persevere and wait and wait on the Lord to bring you through that?" And I think that really in my life has been the cost. I've seen that in many of my friends lives too. And usually it's in those areas where we're going to have the greatest anointing and blessing as to where we get attacked the heaviest. So yeah, certainly there's been a cost, brother. And yet that being said, to encourage people, I would say that the blessings and love and proximity and intimacy that I shared with I've shared with Jesus Christ since moving in my divine destiny as of 2023 shows me that nothing pales in comparison to any sort of you know suffering that you may go through is meaningless comparative to experiencing really feeling called to be walking where God has called you to walk.

Christopher Gomez: And I give this analogy in the Heaven on Earth program, but it's this. Imagine, imagine that your wife, Dan, I'm saying this now to you, but I'm saying it to everyone listening later to this podcast. Envision you're on a playground, Dan, and your wife is at the end of the playground and there's a [unclear] and there's a bully that is, you know, standing between the two of you and he's like, you know, you walk over here, you're gonna get punched in the face. Would that stop you from going to go introduce yourself to your future spouse and go have this amazing anointed life?

Christopher Gomez: Heck no, man. You're you're obviously going to get punched in the face and keep on moving, right? And in the same way, that's kind of like what it's like, you know, when God calls you oftentimes sometimes, you know, since we have an enemy, you may experience some pain and suffering, but the pain and suffering, it's like what St. Paul says like when we're birthing, you know, when we go through the pains and I think this is actually Jesus in the New Testament, when we go through the labor pains to bring a baby into the world, when you experience the baby, the joy that overtakes you, it you'll completely forget all the suffering because of the joy that it's then in your life.

Christopher Gomez: So take heart, my dear brothers and sisters in Christ, if you're currently getting punched right now by demonic oppression, just keep walking. Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of darkness. It does not say though I sit. Though I lay down, though I throw a pity party and complain. No, it says even though I walk, even though I walk. So just keep walking and the Lord will bring you through it. So God bless you.

Dan Saha: That's an incredible answer because like you mentioned, sometimes the only thing that you can do is walk. You probably cannot even run, but we have to keep on walking. So I'm going to ask you another question and I as much as I like Randy Clark and I respect him. Can you give me another example of something crazy that you have witnessed in let's say deliverance or prophetic deliverance or healing maybe levitation the crazy things that we can only dream about that you have witnessed or you would want to witness personally.

Christopher Gomez: Yeah, I think in this season, we talked about this before, Dan, that we've been seeing more cases of demonic possession and demonic obsession. So, a demonic possession would in essence be when the there's multiple signs that the Catholic Church would define as a possession, but some of those would be like where the demon takes over their voice and starts to speak through the person. Or it's when the demon may do things of like contorting the body in a way or when the demon overpowers can overpower like t like the human loses the faculties of their of their humanity where a demon has taken possession over their body and then you know the demon is speaking through the person the demon is fighting and overpowering other people.

Christopher Gomez: These are some of the signs when you see possession versus obsession. Now, obsession would be those that feel like they're having things like maybe vomiting or their head is contorting or things like that, but mainly they just feel they be crying a lot and they can't get out of slipping into like major major severe depression. And they in both cases you would see that they've really lost the thought and the truth which Jesus says that we have power and authority over demonic spirits. And so in the last season, there's been a woman who we minister to who has gone to not one, two, three, four, five, but 10 exorcisms.

Christopher Gomez: So she's met with an exorcism exorcist 10 different times. And she came to our ministry for deliverance ministry. When doing our standard first deliverance method method which is more kind of relational than it is prophetic when I started to do renunciation and casting out of the demonic spirits she started to get nauseous dry heave started shaking her head kind of we started to have some technological issues these things where it's showing okay there's obviously a demonic spirit that's moved beyond just your oppression to kind of higher case of oppression sorry obsession ession or possession over this lady.

Christopher Gomez: And so no matter how many times I kept trying to do the renunciation and cast it off, it just it got worse and worse. So I took a moment and I said, "Holy Spirit, what should I do instead?" And as soon as I prayed that prayer, I saw a diamond in I went into not a trance, but I just like in my mind's eye, in my imagination, I saw a diamond in a black cave. And I felt like the Lord was saying that this woman was a diamond and she was made to be a diamond.

Christopher Gomez: And the issue is that demons because she manifests when she goes out in public, she typically goes from her work right to home, work, home, work home, and very isolated from most humans because she's afraid of acting like this out in public. And so like this was the demon's ploy to [unclear] the recognition that she is a diamond. And diamonds are a prism. And so when you shine a light into a diamond, it magnifies the light. And in the same way, the Lord wanted to magnify his light into the world through her.

Christopher Gomez: But she has to stop like allowing these demonic spirits to isolate her. So I gave her the encouragement as I prophesied this. I said, "Hey, I want you to go out into the world and start encouraging people." Like it doesn't have to be prophetic words like what you and I share all the time in our community, Dan. It could just be something as simple as, "Hey, you got awesome shoes. I really like those shoes. They're really cool. Hey, I really like your pants. You look, you know, cool outfit, cool haircut, whatever.

Christopher Gomez: Just encourage people, you know, give compliments and then and then maybe even say like, and God b, you know, God bless you, you know, just be God's light out into the world. And so she took that on. She took that on. And so she did that for a week. And near the end of the week, there was a guy who came onto a bus. She felt like, yeah, I don't know if I could do it. But she pushed herself to do it anyways. And sure enough, they entered into a long conversation.

Christopher Gomez: She ended up like preaching the gospel, praying for this guy to be healed. I think he was healed, too. And she said the power of God came over her and she felt the presence of God in a greater way than she had for many years prior. So, I don't know if she's fully been set free from the from the obsession, but certainly, you know, this was major breakthrough for this believer of which she hasn't been able to receive this freedom through 10 exorcisms. So, praise God for that.

Dan Saha: That is fantastic. And I think that is going to inspire many people to come forward boldly because there's also a lot of stigma associated with these kinds of things to even step out boldly in faith and say, "Hey, I want to be freed from this." So I think God is going to continue to use you mightily. Let's say God just came and gave you all the resources that you need. What is the God-sized vision that he has put on your heart for As It Is In Heaven or Spirit Consulting? What would you do if you had all the resources of the world?

Christopher Gomez: M well yeah great point. You know we've been spending the last eight years channeling our energies into scaling Spirit Consulting. I think I would rightsize some of those operating challenges that we have to get that business up and rolling and then be able to sell that off so we could go full-time into ministry. So that'd be one, two, I've got three books that are on my heart. One of that's 95% done, another that's 75% done, the other that's 50% done. I that would just free me up to having more time to be able to channel my time into that because God gave me a vision in 2015 that I was going to be preaching to a sea of people.

Christopher Gomez: And so I believe that call on my life is still something that he wants me to accelerate into. And I think this podcast is a part of that. But also publishing books is another thing. So I think that would be another area. Three, we have felt like God wants us to equip people through an evangelization app. So, we're in the process of starting those conversations around that. And then lastly, like we need a home for As It Is In Heaven. And so, that would be because we're Catholic, it wouldn't be a church, but it would be a worship and healing center where we can do our physical healing prayers, our deliverance prayers, our inner healing retreats and conferences that could be done out of this place.

Christopher Gomez: And there's a lot of churches in the Chicagoland area that have been shutting down because of lack of membership and people that are, you know, families that are involved in the church. So, it's like this is something that is on my heart that I feel like the Lord wants to give us and that would just be a another way to accelerate into to bringing. But, you know, when I was in when I was I'll say the following. When I was in Brazil and there was this time where where this guy preached and after he was done preaching, the pastor of the church that he was preaching at fell over, fell over and right before that, this was like day three of the trip and all I could just see it on people's faces that they were exhausted and drained and so tired and I was like, "Lord, how are we going to minister tonight?

Christopher Gomez: How how can we do this when everyone's so tired? The team is so ragged looking. And the Lord's response to that was, "Oh, don't worry about it, Chris. I got it." I was like, "You got it? What do you mean?" So then, so then the guy keeps on preaching and sure enough, a couple minutes later, then the pastor of the church falls over as the go power of God comes over him. So the preacher is like, "Hey, why don't you get you some of your team members go minister him?" So me and Mark pop up instantly and start to lay hands and pray for him while he's down on the ground.

Christopher Gomez: As we're praying for him. Next, his wife falls over. And then sure enough, then the whole church gets hit by the Holy Spirit. And everyone is going into laughing mode and just rolling all over the floor as God is ministering all throughout this church. Okay. While this happens, the Lord says, "Now, I want you to sweep out all the demons in this church." Like, Lord, what? Yeah, go ahead. I was like, what do I do? He just sweep them out. Tell them to go like this. So, I'm just walking through the church.

Christopher Gomez: Every demon I command you to leave. Leave. Leave, leave. And I was like later I was praying about that. I was like, Lord, what is this all about? He goes, Chris, if I if you know, sometimes we can be funny with each other, but he's like, Chris, if I was flatulent one day, I could boot out every demon of the United States with one little, you know, one little one little toot. All right? Like, this is no big deal for you. So, so like when we said things like with this funding arm to this other place where we applied for for this grant, Dan, that we want to see a 100,000 people be set free.

Christopher Gomez: Like what is that for the Lord? Like that's so simple. And I believe that the Lord is going to scale this ministry so much that one day we see that vision to become a reality. And I think that, you know, you know, when I was talking to our chaplain last night, Father Chris Gaffrey, who is also going to be on this podcast, but he was sharing that, I was like, we were just talking about maybe a strategy is reaching out to different dioceses that don't have an exorcist or they're overwhelmed to just, hey, maybe this is like a development opportunity to reach out to these dioceses and ask them if they'll start sending them sending us their deliverance cases if they don't have an exorcist anymore.

Christopher Gomez: And he said, "Yeah, you know, that's probably likely because there's so many exorcists today that are so overwhelmed." And I know like a lot of them don't really they don't they don't preach or teach on heavy onto the gifts of the Holy Spirit. So, I don't know how many exorcists are using the gift of prophecy in the midst of their deliverances. I also don't know if they're using the gift of prophecy just for the sake of breaking down demonic walls. And so I believe that since our ministry is like, you know, As It Is In Heaven to bring heaven to earth, it's like whatever whatever we need, whatever situation that we as ministers fall into, the Lord is going to provide the supernatural graces for us to go through it.

Christopher Gomez: And I think that there, you know, there's been a a movement of the charismatic renewal and encounter ministries. I believe that As It Is In Heaven is more so kind of like similar to those by way of gifting through the Holy Spirit, but it's a little bit different in that it's like the Lord gave me Ephesians 1:3 that at the foot of Jesus Christ, at the cross of Christ, every heavenly blessing has been poured out. And I think sometimes people can get stuck in schools of supernatural ministry and they go round and round year over year over year after year without ever prophesying and going out into the mission field of doing it.

Christopher Gomez: And I think that's the grace that's on our ministry, Dan, of being able to empower people to actually get active in ministry so that maybe they've gone to other schools of supernatural ministry and when they come to us, we're going to equip them and send them out and to encourage them. I mean, that's what the Heaven on Earth program is all about. What is the name of your strong man demon? What is the stolen version of your guardian angel that's stopping you from walking in your divine destiny? And then at the end of that program, it's prophesying now that's gone, what is the function of your guardian angel?

Christopher Gomez: Because that is likely going to be the place where you're going to have great fruit for the kingdom of heaven. And then six hours of mentoring on eight hours of biblical teaching. So, eight hours of videos that we send to you to watch and to marinate and to discern and chew on and then a mentor to walk alongside of you to help you to move those teachings from your head to your heart to be accelerated into your divine destiny.

Dan Saha: That is very inspiring. So, for those who do not understand the differences, what is exorcism and how is it different from prophetic deliverance or deliverance like you mentioned?

Christopher Gomez: Yeah, great question, brother. So in the United States, the USCCB, so the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, basically defines a deliverance versus an exorcism as a deliverance, meaning someone that is having like demonic oppression by way of maybe like a sin, some sort of like, you know, sadness or depression or anxiety that they may have with a reoccurring sin that they are struggling to overcome. Where an exorcism would be what we talked about before where you're starting to see cases where they have like obsess demonic obsession or demonic possession.

Christopher Gomez: So that's typically where you need to be a priest and an exorcist or to be granted special kind of like graces to work in that ministry. That was another thing that we talked about with Father Chris last night that if you if you start to speak to so one thing that we know and As It Is In Heaven we never anytime people start to manifest demons in the middle of a session which for us we don't really want to see that happen because because you know there can be shame and embarrassment from manifesting in that way like I shared with the story of this girl and/or then you know if they throw up on themselves and they just you know destroyed their t-shirt and so they got to get a new t-shirt they got to wash the t-shirt etc.

Christopher Gomez: So, we don't want to partner with the demonic realm in that way. But in essence that in that situation oftent times with an exorcist, they're going to speak to the demon and basically torment it to the point that it gives it its name so that they can take authority over the demon and cast it out in that way. So, that's what an exorcism looks like in our deliverance sess. So, our deliverance sessions are a little bit different. We have two forms of them. A first deliverance session which is more relational.

Christopher Gomez: So this is asking the person to share a little bit about their story and to learn more about you know some of the traumas that they've gone through so we can hear if there's any open doors that they that they have experienced to them. Make sure that we close renounce and close those doors so that they can take back authority over any of those ways that demons are trying to trample upon their authority. And now the diff now the other you know deliverance methodology that as an As It Is In Heaven does is prophetic deliverance.

Christopher Gomez: So Jesus said in the new testament that a matter of fact is established by the voice of two to three. So therefore if Satan is the father of lies and he lies to us as his primary way to distract us. So then therefore if you try to go prophetically over a demon in that way or a strong man demon you know a chief demon another way to describe a strong man you may have the that demonic entity lie to you and not be able to know exactly what it is but when you do it prophetically you don't talk to the demon you talk to God and you ask God hey what is the name of this demon what is its function and then multiple people who are gifted in the gift of prophecy then seek the Lord over this and do it independently and then the leader of the ministry asks, "Hey, what did you see?

Christopher Gomez: What did you see? What did you see? What did you see? What did you see?" We as a leader, you compare the notes to see what is the majority saying that the demon's name or function is and then from that take authority to cast out that demonic spirit so that so that the person can receive freedom from it and then start to walk in power and authority in this area where their life have been stolen, killed or destroyed. So, does that answer your question, Dan?

Dan Saha: That does. That does also open up a lot of cans of worms that we should probably not go down. But for those who are listening in and they want to go through this, how can people find you? How can they follow you? How can they engage with your ministry?

Christopher Gomez: Yeah. Thank you for that question, brother. So the easiest way is through our website which is aiiih.org the acronym for As It Is In Heaven. So that is where you can find the most of our information. You can schedule your deliverance sessions. You can join our worship sessions that happen each month. You can join our physical healing sessions that happen each month. We have first deliverance sessions that basically happen daily. And then we have three meetings that happen. First Fruits on Mondays, Disarming Lies on Wednesdays, and then Consuming Fire, our accountability group on Saturdays.

Christopher Gomez: And as well as our merchandise and the Heaven on Earth program, the Heaven on Earth program [unclear], our music ministry. So the Lord is exploding many different ways through the As It Is In Heaven ministry. And so that's how you can be connected with us, Dan.

Dan Saha: That is wonderful. Last question for now. If you had to pray for the world today, how would you pray?

Christopher Gomez: Well, I think that's the beauty about our ministry is that we're we're very like one of the there's like what I see as three or four foundation stones. Okay. The first would be prophecy. All right. Sorry, let me start over. The first would be worship. Worshiping God, ministering unto God's heart. Two would be the prophetic. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. So the third that's working with the second is deliverance. So as you purify your heart, ask God, you know, when we go to confession, we confess, what is the darkness that is in my life?

Christopher Gomez: And ask for forgiveness over that darkness. But when you go to deliverance ministry, you're asking God, why is the darkness in my life in the first place? So you can attack the root cause and completely bring light into that area of your heart. So these areas of worship, deliverance, and the prophetic and healing are the work that we focus on within As It Is In Heaven. But the prophetic is something that's incredibly important to us, Dan. And our First Fruits meeting on Monday is to actually go and minister to God to get a collection of people to take their authority seat that when Jesus died at the cross, he not only died for us, but he died as us.

Christopher Gomez: So that when our old man dies and we become new creations in Christ that when Jesus was resurrected and brought into God's glory, sitting at the right hand of the father, we too are sitting in glory with Jesus. So that is our resurrected form. So we have access to the heavenlies. Okay. So that's what we do in First Fruits. So we bring a collection of people into the heavens to minister to God to see what's on God's heart. And so when we were there on Monday, what we felt like God said was that the prodigals are coming home.

Christopher Gomez: So what you said, well, how would I pray for the world? What I would just declare that in this season, the prodigals are coming home. So your love, I just decree in Jesus's mighty and holy name that the loved ones that are in your family that have turned away from God are coming home in this season. So I just speak that right now in Jesus's might and holy name that those people that you have on your heart that the Lord is bringing to your mind right now that God is bringing them bringing them home.

Christopher Gomez: Thank you Lord. Thank you Lord God. Praise your name oh God. Thank you father God. And Jesus said that if you receive a prophet in the name of a prophet, then you'll receive the prophet's reward. The prophet's reward is grace to do something that you weren't able to do. So if as I just declared that if your heart posture was yes and amen, then then grace was just poured out from the words that I just spoke into your life to see that manifested. And I've got a couple prodigals in my own family bloodline that I want to see the Lord bring home in this season.

Christopher Gomez: And so I just decree that he's going to do it in your life as well. So God bless you in that way, Dan, and the rest of the people listening this podcast. God bless you all. Thank you.
