What Is "Disarming Lies"?

Disarming Lies is a free live Zoom webinar hosted by a leader of As It Is In Heaven, where a small group gathers to learn how demonic lies take root and how to walk instead in the abundant life that Jesus offers.

 

You'll watch real-time spiritual direction as participants identify the self-limiting beliefs that have kept them stuck and practice a simple process to exchange lies for God’s truth—then apply the same framework to your own journey.

Name the Lie - Identify self-limiting beliefs like, I'm alone" or "I'm broken", and how they originated.

Recognize the pattern - See how those lies influence your emotions, relationships, ministry work and spiritual life using a simple diagnostic framework.

Practice replacement - Walk through a step-by-step process to exchange destructive lies for truth, including sample prayers you can reuse.

Participate safely - Learn healthy boundaries for group ministry and how to continue your process with trusted ministry leaders.

00:00 – 5:00 - Welcome & Orientation

We welcome you into the session, share the heart behind our ministry, and walk through what you can expect.

05:00 – 10:00 - Testimonies

We enter into the heavenlies through gratitude, sharing powerful testimonies of what the Father has already done in the lives of others.

10:00 – 15:00 - Session Overview

We provide clarity on the flow of the session and set expectations so you can fully engage with what God wants to do.

15:00 – 25:00 - Guided Meditation

We lead you through a guided meditation, inviting the Holy Spirit to reveal moments where lies were formed, bringing to the surface areas where Jesus desires to heal.

25:00 – 50:00 - Disarming Lies

Three participants receive live, one-on-one coaching to uncover and renounce self-limiting beliefs about themselves and God. This inner healing process is rooted in Scripture and leads to freedom and renewed truth.

50:00 – 60:00 - Announcements & Closing Prayer

We share key updates, next steps, and close the session in prayer.

We encourage you to integrate what you learn here with the support of pastors, counselors, or other professionals already walking with you.
